Meet Mike

I’m Mike Conway, and St. Cloud has been home for my family since the 1990s. It’s where my wife, Lisa, and I have built our life, and stayed deeply involved in the community we love.

For the past eight years, I’ve had the honor of serving on the St. Cloud City Council. That experience has taught me the value of listening, working through tough issues, and making thoughtful decisions because they affect people’s everyday lives. Whether it’s public safety, responsible budgeting, or supporting local businesses, I’ve always focused on doing what’s best for our community.

Outside of public service, I've spent more than two decades working in the private sector as a trainer and sales support specialist for Wolters Kluwer. My experience has reinforced the importance of teamwork, accountability, and strong leadership. I’m running as a Republican for the Minnesota House to continue standing up for our neighbors, protecting our quality of life, and keeping St. Cloud a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

I’m running for the Minnesota House because I believe St. Cloud deserves experienced leadership that respects taxpayers, supports law enforcement, strengthens our local economy, and brings common sense back to state government.
